Radiation Information
| Measurement of radiation in the atmosphere and radioactivity in the seawater
at Port of Nagoya Responding to the "Guideline on Radiation Measurement in Ports" which was announced from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) on April 22, 2011, the Port of Nagoya measured the radioactivity in the seawater and radiation level in the atmosphere as following. Measurement results 1. Radiation level in the atmosphere Measurement results at the Port of Nagoya are as follows. <Measurement results>
(Note) Normal level range before the unclear energy plant accident : 0.035-0.11 (ĘSv/h) (Measured at Tokai area (Aichi, Gifu and Mie Prefectures)) 2. Radioactivity in the seawater In the measurement results, all radioactive materials was "Not detectable". <Measurement results>

4. Remarks about measurement result - Measured by the specialized agancies. - The radiation dose is measured one meter above the ground surface in each point. @Measurement results may differ form the data measured by research institutes and @others due to the effect of radiation from the ground surface or outer space. |
